1. Use the
drop downs to select the exercises to add to your workout.
Exercises are filtered by type, equipment used, and muscle
group.
2. Select the number of exercise sets you wish to
perform then click Add
3. Change the numbers of sessions for your
workout. This could be days of the week, specific days of
the month, etc.
4. Check the Include Room for Hole Punch
option if you are going to place your workouts in a three
ring binder
5. Double click the title and sessions column
headings to change the text
6. You're done and ready to print!
